Sustainability Manager

I hold a Master's degree in Economics, Institutions and Public Policy, and I specialise in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and strategic management. For more than 15 years I have been working in direct contact with companies and public administration services, with a strong focus on sustainability.

I have also gained experience in the banking sector — in Lugano and Geneva — where I consolidated my financial skills. I have worked abroad as well: in Bangladesh in the field of microfinance (SDC), and in Latin America for the International Labour Organization. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of inclusive financial models.

Since 2010 I have been supporting entrepreneurs in creating new businesses and in developing and strengthening their management skills and their ability to present projects.

Throughout my career I have worked with public and semi-public institutions, such as the Regional Development Agency for the Mendrisiotto and Basso Ceresio, the support centre for innovative start-ups of the Università della Svizzera italiana, and the cantonal service Fondounimpresa.

I have developed my expertise in business plan analysis and drafting, financial analysis, and administrative and organisational processes for companies.

In teaching, I have experience in strategic marketing and in legal fundamentals for the self-employed and, since 2021, I have been working on sustainability topics integrated into various training programmes for the Institute of Continuing Education of the Canton of Ticino.

I hold a CAS in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and I work on integrating sustainability practices into training programmes aimed at companies, institutions and organisations in the public and private sectors. As a lecturer and consultant, I help managers, directors, executives and entrepreneurs adopt responsible, sustainable models to spread a culture of ethical leadership.

Beyond my professional career, I am a mother of three and I also volunteer in my community, working with NGOs, for example as a tutor against over-indebtedness for Caritas Ticino.
